About the Author
Patricia Griffin retired after thirty years as an officer in the United States Air Force, and holds a PhD in whole medicine and healing nutrition. She learned to love travel and adventure from her father, and cooking from her mother. Patricia and her husband, Edward, have three adult sons and reside in San Antonio, Texas.
