Miranda’s life is thrown into a tail spin, when two police officers show up on her doorstep. She is ripped away from her dream job at one of the most sought after ad agencies in Manhattan. Forced to leave New York and move to California to raise her niece and nephew leaving behind the love of her life to assume a responsibility for which she is unprepared.

About the Author

Barbara was born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She married and raised her four children in Oakdale, Minnesota; an Eastern suburb of Saint Paul, not far from the Wisconsin border. She is now retired and continues to devote her life to her family and volunteers on a daily basis in the senior community in which she now lives.
