The ladies are at it again. Cousins Beth Fox and Jo Shannon are minding their own p’s and q’s when they are stitched up for the murder of a local businesswoman. Fourth of July is right around the corner. Jo decides she wants to sew a colorful jumper for her new grandson who will be visiting. She persuades her cousin and best friend Beth to join her in a search for material. What starts out to be a relaxing shopping trip quickly turns stressful when the owner begins making wise cracks about Beth’s sewing skills. Jo watches nervously when banter becomes ugly. Things don’t get any better when the police begin to question the cousin’s alibis for the time of the murder. This time, Jo… usually reluctant to start trouble… takes the lead in their snooping activities. The question is… will they get this case all sewn up before Beth gets pinned for the crime?

About the Author

Sheryl Lee is at the start of her literary career. This is her second Cozy Mystery. It introduces two older cousins who seem to fi nd their way into trouble more often than not. She plans on writing additional stories in the Carson City Cousins Cozy Mystery series. The books are light and humorous, intending to relax the reader before bedtime. They are a family-oriented piece of literature. Shery Lee is a retired educator. She lives with her husband and dog Bandit in Carson City, Nevada. Her husband has always brought love and stability to her chaotic life. Bandit provides the comic relief. While all of the adventures in her stories are fi ctional, most are based on humorous real-life experiences.
