About the Book

This is a dissertation examining the relationship of pay inequity to organizational commitment among hospital-employed registered nurses with two-year and four-year degrees. The study uses a model based on Adams' Equity Theory, which suggests that tension arises when outputs and inputs of employees are perceived as different.
