About the Author
Carol Kasser earned a doctorate in education and spent twenty years teaching English as a Second Language before turning to religious studies in mid-life. She attended Reconstructionist Rabbinical College and received an M. A. in Jewish Studies from Gratz College. She currently works as a geriatric chaplain for the Board of Rabbis of Philadelphia. Dr. Kasser has co-authored several textbooks and numerous articles, but Manna For the Soul is her first serious solo work.
