A Power of Two

About the Book

A Power Of Two is written to convey our thoughts and ideas for future relationships between couples, dating or married. As a couple married for 42-years since our high school courtship, we firmly believe women and men (as well as adolescent girls and boys) can build more powerful relations with one another. Claiming no clairvoyance or prophecy, we hope A Power Of Two will help jump-start the individual process of stronger one-to-one relationships during the first century of the 3rd millennium. We believe women and men, of all religious beliefs and worldwide social customs can, during the next 100-years, evolve a common sense vision for forming and keeping values of equality in life's most important relationship.

Customs for forming and maintaining relationships don't have to continue unchanged into the future. We think it important to modify old customs when better ways are found. History is not a road map of fate, taught by prior generations and extending into the future unchanged. Future history of relations between couples is only for living beings to write.

About the Author

The authors have enjoyed friendship and love since beginning our courtship 47-years ago. During that period our hobbies of history, ancient archaeology and inter-personal relationships of couples we've known, has given us the pleasure of intense discussions and a perspective of unique insight.
