About the Author

Mr. Whitmer is a retired Special Agent of the F.B.I. and former Criminal Defense Attorney. He has a J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law and an M.S. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame. He melds his background in law and chemistry together to create stories that contain an amalgam of Investigative Psychology and an Understanding of the Police Subculture. These stories are based upon his vast experience in the investigation of criminal matters, his various undercover roles while in the F.B.I., and his interaction with suspects, witnesses, clients and law enforcement personnel he has encountered along the way.
